My Special Friend!

Ayden had the opportunity to invite a special friend to his school for some special activities.

Who did he invite? Papa! How honored I am to be counted a special friend by my Grandson!

Adam and Linea's wedding reception

Nephew Adam Wendlandt and his bride Linnea were married this past winter in Jamaica. Last weekend was the wedding reception at the Country Club in Hutchinson. Here is a little of the fun and action.

Spending a day with Mom

Stephen, Brienna and Conner traveled to visit Mom on April 10 to celebrate Mom's 93rd birthday. Emily, Ayden, Aubrey, Abram, Marion and I also went to Mom's that same day. We had a nice time together visiting. Mom got to meet her newest Great Grandson Abram and we had a picnic lunch with cake and everyone sang happy birthday to Mom. The time together was precious and Mom really enjoyed the visit and when it was over she didn't want to let us go.

We went outside and played on the playground and flew kites on the ball field next to the center.
